Sweet Baby James Signature Slide
James is one of Australia’s finest purveyors of stripped back hill country style blues. He plays his slide down to the second knuckle on his middle finger.
This is a great all round slide and always the first we recommend to anyone not sure what they need. Made from a dark green Bleasdale Port bottle. Fat tone. Mellow but plenty of volume. What more could you want?

Nick Kipridis Signature Slide
Best known as front man of South Australia’s legendary roots outfit The Streamliners, Nick is well established as one of Australia’s best slide guitarists. A favorite down in the Stobie workshop, you’ll find the stobie crew lurking around Nick’s gigs trying to pick up some slide technique.
He plays on his middle finger using a green glass slide about 50mm long with an internal diameter of about 21mm.

Brendan Gallagher Signature Slide
Brendan is one of Australia’s foremost singe-songwriters. In a career spanning over 30 he has played on recordings for artists like David Bowie, Jimmy Little, Kylie Minogue and he’s a gun bottleneck slide player. Best known for his work with Karma County ‘Brendo’ is also the author of international best seller ‘The Open Tuning Chord Book for Guitar’.

Dubbed the ‘Lady Finger’ for it’s petite size, Kirk’s slide is ideal for those who play on their pinky.
Made from a deep green/yellow ‘Old Adam Shiraz’ bottle from Bremerton Wines.

Dallas Frasca & Jeff Curran Signature Slides
Not only do Dallas and Jeff combine to form Australia’s best two-pronged bottleneck slide bonanza, but they also both use Stobie & Co. Slides.
They both play slides on their pinky fingers about 50mm in length and an internal diameter of about 18mm.
Dallas Frasca: Made from a clear Botrytis Semillon bottle. Comes with a small red leather liner to make sure you get a snug fit.
